Returns
You may contact us within 14 days after receiving your order if you would like to return an item.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are generally paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or you received the wrong item.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. We will check the case and offer a solution.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days from the delivery date.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we can offer a refund or help you choose another item.
Personalized Items
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
